Chantal Dardelet

Chantal Dardelet dirige le Centre Égalité des chances de ESSEC Business School, qui porte depuis 2002 des programmes de lutte contre les inégalités d’accès aux études supérieures, qu’elles soient sociales, territoriales et liées au handicap, avec l’appui de la Chaire Innovation et Entrepreneuriat Social. 

Elle est également Directrice exécutive de la démarche de transition écologique et sociale de l’ESSEC, qui déploie, outre une politique d’eco-campus, une ambition forte en matière de Diversité et d’Inclusion. Elle anime le Groupe Ouverture sociale de la Conférence des grandes écoles depuis 2005 et est membre du Conseil National des Villes, instance qui dépend du Premier Ministre.

Farid Baddache

Farid Baddache dirige les activités de conseil & de plaidoyer au sein de Ksapa, s’appuyant sur l’amélioration des performances environnementales, sociales et éthiques pour innover et améliorer la compétitivité des entreprises.

Profil international expert dans le conseil et la recherche en développement durable, avec  plus de 20 ans d’expérience au sein de cabinets de conseil, d’entreprises (grande consommation, industries), ONG, universités, agences de développement & organisations internationales, il a été pendant plus de 10 ans Directeur Général de BSR (Business for Social Responsibility), organisation mondiale à but non lucratif qui travaille dans le conseil, la recherche et les programmes de collaboration sur les sujets environnementaux et sociaux regroupant un réseau de plus de 250 grandes entreprises membres. 


Manoelle Lepoutre

Manoelle Lepoutre is Senior Vice President at Total Exploration & Production, Civil Society Engagement since 1st September 2016.

She began her career for Elf in Exploration and Production Research & Development, where she was in charge of Basin Modelling (petroleum evaluation of sedimentary basins and of exploration prospects).

In 2004, she has been assigned Vice President Research and Development for Total Exploration and Production, before being appointed Senior Vice President, Sustainable Development and Environment in 2009 and Senior Vice President, Senior Executives for the Group in 2013. 


Peder Jensen

Dr. Peder Jensen is a senior expert in Resource Efficiency and Circular Economy at the European Environment Agency (EEA). 

He has a background as head of the Secretariat of the UNEP/International Resource Panel (2017-2020) and as manager and researcher in a number of different positions in the European Commission and the European Environment Agency (2000-2017). 

Originally trained as transportation engineer with a Ph.D. in transport economics, he served as associate professor in transport systems at the Technical University of Denmark until 2000.

Joseph Maïla

Joseph Maïla is member of the ESSEC IRENE team on mediation and professor of geopolitics, mediation and international relations at ESSEC.

He has also been invited as expert on interreligious dialogue and mediation to participate to the First Forum of Catholic-Muslim Dialogue, held at the State of the Vatican, in November 2008. In December 2014, he participated as well to the Third Islam-Catholique Summit hosted by the Holy See.

In 2013, he ran for the office of Director General of UNESCO.
